Shipping Policy

At Streiq, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  
• During peak sale seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer.
  
•  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  
• Our warehouse processes orders from Monday to Saturday.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to a maximum value of INR 7,000 per order.
  

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  
• Delivery timelines: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes. COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
  
• Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  

SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 2 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 48 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions.
• Courier or logistics issues.
• Customs clearance for international shipments.
  
• Festive seasons.

In such cases, our team will keep you updated as much as possible.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges may apply.
  
• For COD orders that are refused or unaccepted, Streiq reserves the right to deny future COD orders.
