Return & Exchange Policy

At StreiQ, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying. Every piece is packed with care, but if something doesn’t work out, our Return & Exchange Policy makes it easy to find the right solution for you.

1. Exchanges

  • We happily offer exchanges for size or style on eligible products.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at customersupport@streiq.com.
  •  Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  •  If the item requested for exchange is priced higher, the price difference will need to be paid.

2. Returns 

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we do not offer direct refunds. Instead, you will receive a Streiq Gift Card/Store Credit equal to the value of your returned product.
  • This Gift Card will be valid for 12 months and can be used across our website.    
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method in case of return approval on defective products (shipping charges not refunded) OR store credit of product value (shipping charges are not refunded).

3. Defective or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To process such claims, we require a clear unboxing video of the parcel, showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund/gift card, depending on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as discounted/sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Clearance sales, Replacement order, Store Credit purchases and any promotional sale periods are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit under any circumstances.

5. Return Process

  • You must submit your return request within 72 hours of receiving the product via the following link: (inset link)
  • You will receive a notification regarding the status of your request within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Ship the product back to us securely (return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was defective/incorrect). Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future
  • If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
  • Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges at INR 100.
  • Once received and quality-checked, your exchange/gift card will be processed within 10-15 working days.
  • Important Note: You must apply for the return using the link provided. Any messages or emails will not be considered a valid return request.
  • Condition of Return: The product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear and tear. The company reserves the right to reject any return request.

6. When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund

  • If you don’t provide sufficient information about your claim.
  • If you don’t provide photos of the product images with tag.
  • If the item was subject to pilferage; claims must be made on the same day.
  • If you’ve used the item or disposed of the packaging before our investigation.
  • If it’s a replacement item, store credit purchase, or purchased during a clearance sale.
  • If you apply post 72 hours once the parcel has been delivered.

Important Notes

  • You cannot opt for a refund or store credit for a replaced product.
  • A product can only be replaced once; you cannot opt for a refund or credit note for a replacement product.
  • Once you apply for store credit or an exchange, it cannot be converted to a refund request.
  • If you fail to receive a replacement order, a store credit will be issued with a deduction of ₹100 for shipping.
  • Once you apply for an exchange for normal-day purchases with sale items. It will be considered as per your ordered value.
  • For multiple return and refund requests, all shipping and pickup costs will be deducted ₹300 per item

In light of the recent changes in RBI and Tax regulations, we would like to inform you the following updates regarding the refund process:

Razorpay Refund Link Validity: Once a Razorpay refund link is issued, it will remain active for 3 days. If the refund is not claimed within this period, the link will expire, and a coupon code will be issued instead.
